SHIPPING / PICK UP

Shipping typically takes between one to three business days based on location.

During warmer months or when shipping to locations over 70 F, we only ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure the chocolate doesn't sit in a warm warehouse over the weekend. We pack our orders with InsulTotes and cold packs to avoid potential heat damage.

If you are located in Northern Michigan, you may also pick up your order directly from the factory at 1601 Standish Ave, Unit 3 Petoskey. Please call or email to arrange a pick up time.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

If there is a problem with the products because of trouble during shipping or other circumstances we will make it right, please email us at wholesale@crowandmoss.com or call us at 231-838-9875.

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE

When stored correctly, our chocolate has a shelf life of at least two years. You will find a 'best by' date marked on the back of each bar. The chocolate should be kept out of direct sunlight and at temperatures of 60 - 70 degrees F ideally.
